Is this something downloadable? If so, from where?

Is there a Win32 version of it?

Does it just take over the browser and send out out to some list of sites?

I think what might help here is if it does a talkback to a different address 
that would accept reports specifically from the browsers that are being 
navigated around by the browser buster. That would make the comparisons more 
statistically significant IMO.
