Could someone offer some advice on this problem?

I have Mozilla 1.0 installed on two computers. Both have Windows 98 SE.
One has been in use for a long time with Netscape 4.7. The other one
is a laptop (Thinkpad 600) that I loaded with software after
reformatting the hard drive, and it has never had any other browser
installed. Both computers have OpenOffice 1.0 and Norton AntiVirus 5
installed, if that is of any significance.

I appear to have trouble with at least one secure site with BOTH
computers. That is my bank site at

http://www.cibc.com/solution/service/pers/home.jsp

To sign on to online banking, you press a button which takes you to

https://www.pcbanking.cibc.com/english/servlet/SignOn

The usual behaviour is that when I enter my bank card number and
password in the second page listed above, I am immediately bounced back
to the first page listed above.

I tried creating a new profile and there was no change.

I am able to access other secure sites. For example, today I placed an
order at amazon.com with no trouble.

If I use Netscape 4.7 I can sign on to the bank site successfully. If I
intentionally enter an incorrect passwork with Netscape 4.7, I get a
page which tells me I have not registered etc. and I do NOT get bounced
back to the home.jsp page.

Any suggestions?
