It's not clear whether you're saying password forms are being filled in without using the master password, or that you're not ever getting your passwords at all. If the former, did your passwords somehow get switched from "encrypted" to "obscured" in the password manager preferences? If they aren't encrypted then the master password is not needed. If you're not getting passwords at all perhaps one of your files got corrupted.
