true. but then there�s eighties disco and eighties disco. there are
brilliant 8ts synth-pop (don�t consider that stuff as disco though) like new
order, who were heavily influenced by electro and even had arthur baker
co-producing their "confusion"-twelwe inch. and then there is this horrible
dattadadattada-horseback riding-stock-aitken-waterman -style shit. which
gives me a laugh nowadays whenever i hear the stuff. also, most of the
eighties shit is cold, pompous, white arrogant shit with these
horseback-basslines. same goes to trance nowadays or any dance - or whatever
music with no soul. so the point is: i don�t give a fuck to all this
eighties nostalgy. i lived my teens in the mid-eighties and i still think
the time as lousiest, lamest time in my life ever. and all this eighties
bullshit is the backgrounding soundtrack. jack shit for the 8ts.

and what about i-f:s set: no comment cos� i wasn�t around. had a flu and
stayed home. and well, i ain�t that keen on electro in general.
