no need for root access, both mozilla and netscape can use flash plugin
from ~/.mozilla/username/somecrap/plugins and
~/.netscape/username/plugins -directories respectively. (note, you need
to create the plugins -directory and copy the stuff there).

freezes, memory leaks - flash 4 plugin worked _a lot better_. (crashed
