It is easy to turn off - just a few lines at the end of l3psycho_anal.
But how about if I make it an option? I will leave it on by default
though, because I've never seen FhG encode a frame with non-matching
block types for the two channels. (I've only carefully looked
at the samples on my web page, castanets.wav, else.wav and testsignal2.wav)
My theory is that anything FhG does, LAME ought to do too!
