[MP3 ENCODER] Bug

On  http://fly.to/mobfisch there is a track called lemon tree.
This track causes a blip near the 23rd second when encoded with -m s or -m
j, but not with -m f
You unfortunately have to download the whole track (about 5Mb), because the
bug goes away when the track is cut.
