Yep, that's pretty bad!  I think it is frame 891.  It is certainly
somewhere around frame 891, and 891 is very unusual in that all the
high frequency stuff is isolated to the Side channel and not much is
in the Mid channel.   

But it's great to have another good test case to work on!  At some
point I will try and do a comparision between lame, FhG, lame -m f,
lame -m s and see if there is something that can be fixed.

I think we should be flattered that he tested a bunch of commercial
encoders but the only free encoder included was LAME.
