I don't think sample rate conversion is a big priority. The only reason I
put the dodgy piece of code in was so that I could get realtime encoding
on my p166. (with stcereo->mono and 44->32 downsampling enabled, I was
*just* able to encode in realtime). If it's reasonably easy to implement
I'll jam it in. But besides me, who'd use it? ;)
