Definitely have to be a command line switch - I've got a mate who's an
audiophile so he wouldn't like the thought of cutting off at a frequency.
It'd do for me tho'
While I'm here - Is the source code for LAME available and how difficult
would it be to add some assembler to it - speed up encoding.
