The vbr scale is the vbr quality of the xing encoder. Xing allows
30,50,75,100. It might be a good idea to replace it by our scale, or to
convert our scale from 0(V 9) to 100(V 0) before writting it in the header.

I think it might also be a good thing to replace the Xing string by Lame in
the header. Ok, it will not be recognized by some players, but they only
have to change a string comparison to be able to work.
We just have to drop a mail to the mp3 player programmers, and they'll
probably fix it. I really wouldn't like the see an "Xing" string in lame....
