There was a bug in 3.24 that could cause this with VBR at high bitrates.
LAME would exceed the 4096 bit limit for a signle channel which is not
allowed.
It was fixed in 3.25, but let us know if they still have trouble.
This error is also caused by outer_loop choosing a quantization which
uses more bits than available.
