Okay. Whats the deal with:
save_bits[gr][1]=((1+fac)/(1-fac))*save_bits[gr][0];
Right now, (for some reason I havn't located yet) ms_ener_ratio is always
0 around this part of the code.
With ms_energy = 0 that means the side has little energy compaired to mid
right?
Well with the fac .33 caused by the ms_ener_ratio=0.0;
this line save_bits[gr][1]=((1+fac)/(1-fac))*save_bits[gr][0]
allocates twice the bits to mid as it does side.
