fooled around with the code *already* :)
lame3.0 window/filter_subband code is now in there.
added a fastmode switch which switches out the psy model. My p166
encodes at twice realtime with this switch :)
fastmode could be improved by having a good guess on what the SNR
values should be. I just took a quick average of my default sound file and
hardcoded it in.
