I've re-written most of get_audio.c to be a bit more modular.  In the
process, I also fixed the native reader code to be able to distinguish
between AIFF and WAV on a streamed input.

Unfortunately, the patches are relative to 3.31, not 3.32.  I expect it is
still useful code, though.
