[MP3 ENCODER] Bug in LAME display information

I'm running Lame 3.13 on OS/2, and I've noticed the following problem:

When encoding a file, both the CPU and time displays don't display the correct time 
for 
a minute change. For example, they both display

0:02:58
0:02:59
0:02:00
0:03:01
0:03:02

at all minute changes.

I presume its just a bug in the timing logic. Does anyone know?
