Maybe they are not matters too much, but I think,
1 lame3.37beta.tar.gz contains lame3.37/doc/html/history.hml, but it is
too obsolete one. It contsains only the history till lame3.28beta.
2 in http://www.sulaco.org/mp3/history.html, change of lame3.35beta,
"Leonid Kulakov: Serious bug in MPEG2..." is written in blue, which
means "features and bug fixes which effect speed". But I am afraid
it should be in red, meaning "effect quality"
