The current is not a best method really, but it is simplest (fastest).
I've performed such experiment - the difference of the common splitting
and the best from all possibles is approximately 10 - 15 bits per granule
(for 128 kbps).
Also this requires a lot of computation. But it is possible do not find it
in every iteration, but only once in the end of main loop. Thus you won't
affect a current granule but can save a bit more space for the next one.
