Yep. A little more scouring reveals that MPEG 2.5 vs. MPEG 2 is like MPEG 2
vs. MPEG 1 - halved sampling rates and mostly-halved bitrates. But the 8kHz
sampling rate is not listed by the plugin, and neither are some of the
bitrates (e.g. 4kbps). Perhaps most useful for very low bitrate voice
material?
