Sorry, "full Huffman search" is in 3.61beta code :)
not VBR mode, 3.61 with -h option is now about 10% slower than older
release.

I think "scfsi" must need some work before release.
BTW, CVS snapshot of history.html, contains changes of 3.60 -> 3.61,
but www.sulaco.org does not. I don't know why it is.
