I think so.
Non EC (European Community) and non US countries should be OK.
Lame's home site is in australia? Also OK. Some other sites distributing MP3
related material are located in Sweden which seems to be OK too. Some site
in Russia or other eastern countries should be fine too.
I do not want to wake sleeping dogs, but isn't Lame's CVS server located in
the US? Might become a problem...
