Of course. I only know how to use the encoders, make mp3 files from WAV
files and register the time in a Web. I will agree *any* information They
can apport to this project. I encourage them to say anything they want. Any
idea will be welcomed.

Thank You very much for your opinion. But... If You have important
information about quality benchmarks possible rules... Why don't work
together? :-) We can make an hybrid (two authors) webpage? (and you help me
