That was fast - I just posted lame 3.67beta to the web page :-)

If all goes will, this will be lame 3.70 stable.  

For CVS access to this code, use 

   cvs update -r "lame3_70".

The main CVS branch has Takehiro's new code, but I think it still
needs some work - there also seems to be a problem with MPEG2.  The
new code produces MPEG2 files which are noticably more scratchy.
