l3enc and mp3enc are entirely seperate codecs, with different encoding
engines. producer pro 2.0 and the audioactive production studio, as well as
the radium mp3 codec all share the same encoding engine. MMJB, the cooledit
plugin, Nero, and wavelab all use the newest fhg codec.
