[MP3 ENCODER] Basic VBR questions

Hello all,

Using lame -V n -b 112  input.wav output.mp3 (0 <= n >= 9)
I'll get the same quality of
lame -V n -b 32  input.wav output.mp3 ?
or excessive compression will happen ?

There's some kind of quality equivalence (or aproximation) table between VBR
n and CBR (with -h) in lame ?

Finally ... is there any quality loss using Joint Stereo instead of Stereo ?
