These are frames for which LAME is forced to waste bits
because of strict adherence to the ISO 7680 bit buffer limitation.
>From discussions here, I think it is safe to remove this restriction
but make an option to turn it back on. I liked the one suggestion
of something hard to type like: "--strictly-enforce-ISO" :-)
I tested a couple of players and they didn't have any
trouble, but of course the best way is to put out a new *beta*
release and see if anyone else has trouble.
So lame3.81, which ignroes the 7680 bit buffer limitation will
be out in a few hours. If you dont like the "informative message"
try it out.
