[MP3 ENCODER] Lame_Enc.dll and AudioGrabber

Hi,

With LAME Encoder's DLL, AudioGrabber doesn't seem to show the high-quality mode on 
the pull down
menu of options. Checking the "Encode with Highest Quality" doesn't seem to do 
anything, as the
speed remains exactly the same. I haven't compared the output files, though. But I 
think the
results won't be different. My version of AudioGarbber is 1.62. Would anyone please 
look into this
matter?
