[MP3 ENCODER] mp3enc3.1 adds silence in live cd

this is just a little defect: in live recording cd,
where there is no silence between tracks, mp3enc3.1
adds a little silence at the end of each .mp3:
the pauses are noticeable even with winamp using
the continuous output plugin!

Is there an easy way to prevent this?
EAC "compression offset" feature even increase the pause!!!

Other encoders have the same defect?
