Well, he's not talking about broadcast streaming, but streaming directly
from f.ex. a webserver .. in this scenario it's quite useful that the first
piece of info you get is the ID3v2 tag...

Besides, ID3v2 offers alot more than ID3v1 can and ever will be offering, so
imho adding ID3v2 support is a great idea...
