[MP3 ENCODER] VQF

hi (new to the list)

after a simple encoding/playback test of a .wav/.mp3@256k (lame)/.vqf
i couldnt tell the difference between the 3. where as one is 30 meg, one is
6 meg and one is 2.5meg.

anyone investigated VQF's much (ignoring compatibility / support / time to
encode)?
