If the front end software uses lame_enc.dll in BladeEnc.DLL
compatiability mode, then the software doesn't have access to
to the HQ/LQ switch (and other features like VBR).
The front end has to use the "LHV1" interface in lame_enc.dll.
Audiograbber recently switched to using the LHV1 interface,
so the latest version should handle HQ/LQ.
