but it is hard job, if you want to use the mpg123 in LAME with LGPL :)
the code was written by so many people and you cannot change the license
unless "EVERYONE" agree to do it.
LAME main code was changed under LGPL last year. Before it, Mark requested
agreement from all writers of LAME to change the license.
for myself, I agree with doing it. but mpg123 is not. maybe because
someone disagreed or Mark cannot get in touch with someone.
