[MP3 ENCODER] I have HUGE Different MP3 and WAV-original

HI all!
I cannot make non-different WAV->MP3!
I have huge Different between Orginal Wav and MP3.
WAV recorded from cassette at 44100 16bit
and I make MP3:
192 -q1
192 -q2
160 -q1
Sintesator in song "Vepa" DJ Da Hool is so hard for LAME ?!?!?!?
