Isn't there some ISO Layer I test bitstreams? In the negative case, Layer I
files could perhaps be found searching about DCC. DCC was a tape recorder
from Philips/Panasonic wich was using Layer I at 384kbps. Some of those
recorders were optionnally able to send the resulting stream to a computer
via serial port, so maybe some bitstreams are still on the internet.
