- the short diff I submitted (or similar) for that padding in the LAME
Tag wasn't yet committed.

- some people (Dors from RazorLame) said there might be something
wrong with the Xing/LAME Tag now @ very low mpeg 2.5 bitrates.

 - nogap still isn't working, but given no one has made the intention
 to write that AAAAA____BBB -> AAAA + A____BBB correction, I don't
 think this is for this beta ;) )

 the last two aren't "bugs", but the first (two) would imo best be
 addressed before the next beta, given the tag will be fully
 functional, aside the ReplayGain field.
