A mail to lame-dev with a description how to reproduce this is maybe
useful.

Which value is at the moment used for the RelayGain field,
"FIELD_NOT_USED" or "DONT_CHANGE_THE_GAIN" (maybe implemented as
"DONT_CHAGE_THE_GAIN" == 0)?

Given the fact that I'm in favor to make the next release a stable
release: should we at least remove the text for the nogap option from
--longhelp and  USAGE for the release (if the nogap option isn't fixed
then)?
