Some time ago, i have downloaded the "LAME ACM Codec 0.90" from
http://homepage1.nifty.com/warlock/

This link seems broken, though.

I can send it to who would like to experiment with it. I can give no help
because I was unable to have it working.

For the required usage, I tried :

"LAME MPEG Layer III Audio Encoder 2001, (c) 2000 Marie Orlova, Peter
Gubanov, Elecard Ltd."
http://www.elecard.com

And it worked fine for me, until I use an other (better) method to use the
LAME.EXE program with virtualdub, but this is another story.
