No luck - these are also took from the highest masking case - and not
suitable for transparent perceptual coding (VBR and CBR >112 kbps)...

Slightly off-topic, but I've found newer version of the Painter's paper,
including newer codecs (AC-3, AAC, HILN, etc..)
