Oh, dear.  The compiled version for Linux that I use includes the
example programs I mentioned above, but it looks like the 'windows
binaries' packages on Sourceforge don't.  Oops, I should've checked
first... sorry to waste your time.

mp3guessenc (http://shibatch.sourceforge.net/) can print that (and a lot
of other info besides); but, again, I don't know where you can get an
MS-Windows binary unless you have the time and energy to compile it
yourself, or to find someone to do it for you, which I can not even
begin to help you with.  Is there an MS-Windows expert in the house? :)
