You are dodging the question. It cannot be that hard. You seem to be very
motivated to maintain MPIR on linux, there must be a good reason. It cannot
be that hard to answer this simple question as you must know why you put in
the effort. Could please simply answer this simple question (it doesn't
need to take a lot of time).
