Using the Mpls. List is part of the plan.  To quote the Southwest Journal
article:" The commission is putting together a survey that will eventually
be sent to politicians, bureaucrats, policy wonks and citizens."  I
suggested that this list be included and the Commission agreed.  When it is
ready I will forward to this list.
