I understand that the Charter Commission is going to forward a survey to
this list. Probably a good start, but maybe there is even a better way to
get this list involved.
Perhaps the Commission might try to run an online strategic planning session
about the Charter. Does anybody have any background on if this has been
done before online, or how it might be accomplished? Would the Charter
Commission be interested in forging into new territory like this? I'd love
to find out. Any takers????

Using the Mpls. List is part of the plan. To quote the Southwest Journal
article:" The commission is putting together a survey that will eventually

suggested that this list be included and the Commission agreed. When it is
