Hi Folks:

The 4th CD race would be perfectly appropriate for the St Paul issues list,
and also for mn-politics-discuss. To subscribe to mn-politics-discuss, write:

Regarding Eibensteiner, as I understand it, Laurie Eibensteiner (I believe
she is related to Ron Eibensteiner), is running for a 60th district house
seat. According to the sample ballot sent to residents in her district,
she was endorsed by the Republican Party. That is not the case. What's
interesting about this is RPM ED Tony Sutton was apprised of Eibensteiner's
lack of endorsement (because she has never met with the district to ask for
Republican endorsement), but the official Republican Party sample ballot
indicated Eibensteiner was one of the endorsed candidates.
