This is shameful behavior for a Council Member. As a Council Member,
he is responsible for upholding the legal process, not circumventing
it. Also, the fact that he forwarded, to the police, emails from
people in support of the Hard Times Cafe shows that he can not be
trusted. For these reasons, I believe he should resign his position
immediately.
