But that's just it, isn't it.  They didn't "allow criminal activity", in
fact the judge found that they had active policies to prevent such activity
and were willing to work on line-of-sight issues in their establishment to
make such activity even more unlikely.

And I think Jordan's quite right in that corruption here isn't about whether
you made a case, it's in _how_ you made the case.
