Too bad you were in the north end of downtown. Had you been in the
south end you could have gone to The Table of Contents. I just had
dinner there tonight before the Tina Turner Review at the Target Center,
and dessert and wine afterwards -- they have valet parking which is
GREAT for seeing shows downtown. And, they are open until 1 a.m.
Moreover, they have killer desserts. Try the Chocolate Gateau with
dried cherry and caramel sauces.
I'll bet Nikki's would have been open. Here's another shocker -- the
Perkins on 94 and Riverside is no longer open 24/7. It closes at
midnight.

PS. BTW, Tina was in fine form, and her opening act, Joe Cocker, is in
equally fine voice. Most everyone I saw on the streets was in between
30 and 60 years of age, but then I don't scare easy. ;-)
