And the idea of training citizens is also interesting. I'm not sure what type of training it would be. Would it be the type of "diversity training" that gets done with corporations? I'm also interested in whether there are studies which show what Matthea is claiming--that is, that the racial profiling by police is caused by racial profiling within the communities that ARE policed.
