The people who make decisions about where new business locations go already
live in the burbs.  Attempts to limit their access to the city will result
in growth in the burbs instead of the city.  No transit - sprawl.
Attempting to fight sprawl by applying an economic tourniquet to
Minneapolis' neck is not an effective strategy.  The Hwy 62 east to 35W
north and Hwy 394 east to Hwy 49 east interchanges MUST be addressed.
Continuing to ignore our infrastructure will cost us in the long run.

And as for clear-cutting homes, SSB and our council have been doing that
pretty much unassisted.  These policies are going to cost Minneapolis dearly
in the coming redistricting.
