We have been exploring public meeting announcement requirements (I dnont't
know if neighborhoods have to follow the open meeting law) in the the

The state/city should have a uniform public meeting announcement system on
the Internet. You should be able to put in your zipcode and be given the
option to receive email notice of meeting from the neighborhood level up
to the state. This would not replace newspaper notice, but complement it.
