I think the point that is not being made very well is
that although the nutritional content may be the same,
that does not mean that they are equally healthy. All
of the peticides and other miscellanea that ride into
unsuspecting bodies by way of non-organic foods may
indeed have a profound impact on our children's health
and this impact may indeed cost our system more in the
long run.
